Healing Haus & Co. wants everyone to be able to shop with us and learn about our products, including people who use assistive technology.

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We design and test our pages for keyboard navigation, screen readers, readable text contrast, descriptive image text and clear page structure.

What we’re doing

  • Writing descriptive alternative text for product and page images.
  • Using clear headings and labels so pages are easy to navigate.
  • Making sure buttons, forms and pop-ups can be used with a keyboard.
  • Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility before they go live.

Known limitations

Some content, such as embedded videos from social platforms, comes from third parties and may not fully meet these standards. We’re working to improve it where we can.
