Our approach

What makes Healing Haus different from other supplement brands?

We started Healing Haus because the industry is full of proprietary blends, hidden doses and subscriptions that are hard to leave. Every formula we make lists every dose on the label, uses bioavailable forms of each ingredient, and is third-party tested. If we can’t link to published research, we don’t make the claim.

What does “bioavailable” mean, and why does it matter?

Bioavailability is how much of a nutrient your body can actually absorb and use. Many supplements use the cheapest form of an ingredient, which your body may only partly absorb. We choose activated, methylated and chelated forms, even when they cost more, because a nutrient you can’t absorb is a nutrient you’ve wasted.

Why don’t you use proprietary blends?

A proprietary blend lets a brand list ingredients without telling you how much of each is inside. You deserve to know exactly what you’re taking. Every Healing Haus label shows every ingredient and its dose.

Are your products third-party tested?

Yes. Every formula is made in a GMP facility and tested by a third party for quality and consistency.

Where can I see the research behind your ingredients?

On each product page, under “What’s Inside.” Every ingredient links directly to the studies behind it. You can also explore our Science page.

Taking your formulas

Which product is right for me?

Take our four-question quiz. It matches you to a ritual based on where you feel the most friction in your day: low energy, scattered focus, stress, or digestion.

Can I take Healing Haus products together?

Yes. Every formula is designed to work alongside the others. Foundation is the base of every bundle, and the rest build on it.

See our bundles: The Daily Foundation, the Stress & Resilience Stack and the Focus & Energy Stack and The Healing Haus Ritual.

When should I take each one?

FormulaBest timeHow
FoundationMorningWith a meal that has some fat, so D3, K2, CoQ10 and ALA absorb well
RestoreMorning2 capsules daily
GroundedLunch or early afternoonCarries steady energy through the second half of your day
BloomAnytimeTwo gummies; no water, mixing or measuring

When will I feel a difference?

Our formulas support your body gradually rather than giving it a jolt, so consistency matters more than intensity. Bloom often works first: many people notice digestive changes within the first week. For Restore, Foundation and Grounded, most people notice subtle shifts in energy or steadiness in weeks 1–2, with fuller benefits at 6–8 weeks of daily use. Individual results vary.

Are these safe to take long-term?

Yes, every formula is designed for daily, long-term use, and every ingredient has been studied in humans. If you’re pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a medical condition, check with your healthcare provider before starting any new supplement.

Are your products vegan?

Bloom is vegan: it uses pectin and agar instead of gelatin. Foundation uses plant-based vitamin D3 from lichen rather than sheep’s wool.

About each formula

Restore: What is NAD+, and why does it matter?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme in every cell. It helps turn food into energy, supports DNA repair, and fuels sirtuins, proteins linked to healthy aging. NAD+ levels decline naturally with age, starting in your 20s, and stress, poor sleep, intense exercise and alcohol draw them down further. Restore is designed to support healthy NAD+ levels at any age.

Restore: How is it different from NMN or NR?

NMN and NR are NAD+ precursors, so your body has to convert them first. Restore delivers 300mg of NAD+ directly, then pairs it with four supporting compounds: Urolithin A (supports mitophagy, the clearing out of worn-out mitochondria), Pterostilbene, Resveratrol and CoQ10.

Foundation: Why does it cost more than a drugstore multivitamin?

Because the ingredients are different. Most multivitamins use cyanocobalamin B12, synthetic folic acid and oxide minerals, forms your body can’t fully use. Foundation uses methylcobalamin B12, Quatrefolic folate, K2 as MK-7, vegan D3 and Albion chelated minerals. You’re not paying more for the same thing; you’re paying for forms your body recognizes.

Foundation: What is MTHFR, and do I need a genetic test?

MTHFR is a common gene variant, carried by an estimated 40–60% of people, that makes it harder to convert synthetic folic acid into its usable form. Foundation uses Quatrefolic, the already-active form, so it skips that step. No test needed: the active form works for everyone.

Foundation: Do I need a multivitamin if I eat well?

Even great diets have gaps, and many foods carry fewer nutrients than they did decades ago. Foundation fills those gaps; it’s not meant to replace a balanced diet.

Grounded: What are adaptogenic mushrooms?

Adaptogens support your body’s own ability to stay balanced under physical, mental or environmental stress. They don’t force a response. Grounded blends 13 functional mushrooms, led by Lion’s Mane and Turkey Tail at 300mg each, plus Cordyceps, Reishi, Tremella and Chaga.

Grounded: Will it energize me the way coffee does?

No, and that’s intentional. Grounded’s energy is steady rather than sharp. Cordyceps supports cellular energy and oxygen use, which shows up as stamina, not a buzz. Many people describe feeling “more even” through the day.

Grounded: Does it help with skin?

It isn’t Grounded’s main purpose, but Tremella, Reishi and Chaga have been studied for skin hydration and barrier support. Tremella can hold up to 500 times its weight in water.

Bloom: How many gummies, and what do they taste like?

Two gummies a day, anytime. They’re naturally flavored and colored with black carrot juice and chlorophyll: no artificial flavors, synthetic dyes or waxes.

Bloom: Is this a probiotic?

No, Bloom is a prebiotic. Each serving delivers 4g of chicory root inulin, which feeds the beneficial bacteria already living in your gut, including Bifidobacterium.
